Centered Wellness offers a number of detox and wellness programs for general health and well-being. We have been in operation on Koh Samui, as part of Yoga Thailand, since 2003.

We combine all our experience from Europe, the U.S., India and here in Thailand over the past 15 years to provide both the environment and programs to clean out and revitalise your system in a comfortable and professional setting.

We are wholly committed to living clean and healthy, and have created a homelike environment to share this lifestyle with you.

We are equipped to take you through a full detox program followed by guidance on how to continue living in a way that supports you, your body, and your mind. Our goal is to have you leave us empowered.

All Centered Wellness retreats and programs take place at Yoga Thailand.
