The Detox Programs We Offer

The Detox Programs at Samahita Wellness have been researched and developed through years of personal experience. We do not use common off-the-shelf detox kits. Instead we have carefully developed an ayurvedic herbal detox formula, combined it with professional therapies, supplements, yoga practices and an optimal food and juice balance suited to your energy and toxicity level.

We do not claim to be medical experts or offer such advice. We are, however, deeply immersed in healthy, holistic living and carry with us our experience of detox and balanced living. As a result we offer you a positive, purpose-built, complete and supportive environment.

Program Overview

People's backgrounds, diet and lifestyle differ. Similarly, the intensity of a detox program must also offer a differentiation. For certain body types or high levels of toxicity a strong fast would not be advised but rather a supported approach. For others with slower metabolism and experience in detoxing, a fasting oriented approach may suit. To aid this process and to guide people into the detox experience we have developed three different approaches. A focus on one or a combination of two or three of them together can make up your overall detox program.

Yogi's Detox: Mono Diet

Food is necessary to build and repair our tissues and to support healthy metabolic functioning. This cleanse uses a simple mono-diet, typically Kitcheri, to give the digestion a rest, re-kindle the digestive fire, and gently detoxify the tissues. Additional herbs and juices are included.

Nature's Detox: Vegetables & Juices

A light diet of steamed and raw vegetables and juices detoxify the body by giving digestion a rest, rekindling the digestive fire, and gently detoxifying the tissues. Additional herbs and juices are included.

Faster's Detox: Juices, Broth and Water

This is a complete fast, wherein you will consume only juices, broth and fresh coconut water. It gives your digestion a complete rest, allowing the quickest method of detoxification. With this cleanse you can expect the most radical cleansing reactions and results.

Candida Detox

This is a special customized program for those who have problems with Candida. Program inclusions and rate is different than the Yogi, Nature and Faster's Detox.

Optional Liver and Gallbladder Flush on all Models

Each participant has the choice, though it is recommended, to add in this flush towards the end of the detox program. It aids the detoxification process. The liver flush helps prevent gall stones, lowers cholesterol levels in the blood, can reduce referred pains from the liver or gall bladder (e.g. shoulder pain), reduce and prevent liver related headaches and migraines (i.e. those with nausea), helps food allergies, helps in weight reduction, constipation and improves vitality levels.

Length of Time to Detox

To get the most out of the process it is recommended to participate in a detox program for at least 7 to 10 days. One can continue a little longer if need be. However, we do offer program packages of 3 and 5 days also. We understand people's time limitations coupled with the desire to fit everything in, so encourage you to plan it out in advance. The Yogi's or Nature's Detox programs can be very beneficial over a shorter period of time.

Program Rates

Detox programs include accommodation, yoga and all detox therapies.

It is recommended that Detox Program guests reserve a single room to ensure the privacy needed during the Detox with a private bathroom. Shared room is possible if guests are coming together as a couple or friends.

We only have two deluxe one bedroom suites located in our most private and nearest building to the sea. They have a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, deluxe bathroom and with an extra large balcony they have the prime sea views available at Yoga Thailand. Both suites include a fully furnished living room with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite. They are perfect for a family or couple. The additional rate is a flat rate based on the room and is added on to the total rate package whether a single individual, couple or family.

All our rooms have direct sea view with their own private balcony and bathroom.
It is possible to extend your time on detox day by day from an above program as fits your timeline.
You can also add extra therapies and treatments to your program at a special discounted rate.

• First, be clear this is a program you would like to do and are ready to go forward. Review all our information so you are clear and comfortable.
• Then, complete the Detox Reservation Form on this site.
• Our reservations team will respond to you with availability and confirmation.
• Once confirmed, our wellness director will contact you with a pre-arrival questionnaire.
• After you complete it and return it via email we will forward you a set of guidelines to better prepare you for your detox program.
• A full schedule and detox welcome kit will be prepared for you to have upon your arrival.
