Colon Hydrotherapy Packages
Colon Hydrotherapy is a rejuvenating, relaxing and highly effective method of internally cleansing the colon. A series of warm filtered water infusions are moved into the colon via the rectum and emptied. Combined with a soothing abdominal massage, the treatment encourages the removal of hardened matter from the intestinal walls and elimination of the build-up of gas and mucous. Despite daily eliminations many people are not aware that they have a bowel problem.
We have created a number of options for you to choose from depending on your needs:

Our standard colon hydrotherapy session plus an additional therapist to perform abdominal massage during the treatment.

A one hour therapeutic session of Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage combined with foot reflexology prior to our standard colon hydrotherapy session.
'Essential Therapeutic Plus' 120 min 5,000 baht ++
A one hour therapeutic session of Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage combined with foot reflexology prior to our standard colon hydrotherapy session plus an additional therapist to perform abdominal massage during the treatment.

Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage

This ancient Chinese holistic treatment focuses on "internal organ chi transformation". Chi Nei Tsang literally means "working the energy of the internal organs". This frees the blockages in the abdomen and guides the healing energy through the entire body, by massaging a series of points in the navel area with deep, soft and gentle touches. This detoxifying massage is excellent for those who have digestive and constipation problems, back pain and stress. Detoxifying Body Scrub

A full body treatment using our detoxifying homemade natural herbal body scrub. We prepare your scrub fresh to order using a combination of yogurt, honey and organic coffee to deep cleanse your skin. The removal of dead skin cells helps to purify the body, remove toxins and accelerate your skin's natural cell renewal process. Far Infrared Sauna

The Far Infrared sauna promotes pain relief and speeds up muscle and tissue recovery by increasing blood circulation allowing more oxygen to injured areas. It detoxifies heavy metals, hydrocarbon residues, alcohol, nicotine, sodium and cholesterol. The Far Infrared sauna can be considered superior to the conventional sauna for the purpose of detoxification. Sessions are relaxing, warming and energizing. It is recommended for you to use the Far Infrared sauna 3 times per week to receive its full benefits.

Herbal Steam Room

Close to the pool and with windows looking out to the beach is our herbal steam room, which uses a combination of thirty Thai herbs, plants, and spices. Here you can relax, detoxify, and rejuvenate yourself. With its special healing properties, we use Thai "Samonpi", the herbal mixture, to be beneficial to the practice.
Guests are welcome to use the steam room at no charge; however, we do require that you sign up in advance. The best time for steam is later in the day, while enjoying the sunset and the early part of the night. To get the most out of it, you can alternate between dips in the sea or pool and five to ten minute sessions in the steam room.
