As part of our approach to Balanced Living we offer you the opportunity to stay with us for a customized period of time, dates that work for you, and join us in our programs here taking in the best of the yoga and the wellness offerings.

Our Wellness Residential programs are tailored to suit your wellbeing needs from 'Simple' relaxation therapies, to 'Radiant' beauty treatments and 'Pure' detox therapies. We have created three all-inclusive Wellness Residential programs offering you priority booking and discount privileges for all of your wellness treatments. We have 3, 5 and 7 day programs to choose from, all of which can be extended to suit your needs.

All our Wellness Residential programs are inclusive of the full yoga program and the full facilities at YogaThailand, including our delicious, home cooked, healthy meals, and the specific treatments and therapies you have selected..

Simple Balanced Living

This is our simplest program that covers all the benefits of a Yoga Residential plus one treatment in the wellness center per day. More > >

'Radiant' offers a variety of treatments and therapies for the face, body, hands and feet. It has all the inclusions of the 'Simple' program plus far infrared sauna and the 'radiance' treatments. More > >

Pure Balanced Living

Our most complete wellness program covering all that is included in both the Simple and Radiant programs with an added emphasis on some of the detoxifying therapies to help clean the inner body and purify. More > >

Length of Time on a Program

We offer 3, 5 and 7 day wellness residential programs. We have observed from experience that people can really get the most out of their time over a 7 day period. It takes a few days just to let go. However, busy schedules can mean only a few days are available, so we offer 3 or 5 days to suit. You can also extend one of these program times on a daily basis adding on whichever therapies and treatments you desire.

Upgrade to our Deluxe Suite additional cost on the total program package:

We only have two deluxe one bedroom suites located in our most private and nearest building to the sea. They have a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, deluxe bathroom and with an extra large balcony they have the prime sea views available at Yoga Thailand. Both suites include a fully furnished living room with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite. They are perfect for a family or couple. The additional rate is a flat rate based on the room and is added on to the total rate package whether a single individual, couple or family.

All our rooms have direct sea view with their own private balcony and bathroom.
