This program is the foundation for all of our Wellness Residential Programs. It offers you full benefits of our facilities and yoga plus your choice of one 60 minute 'Body & Soul' therapy per day to relax and revitalize.

Length of Time on a Program

We offer 3, 5 and 7 day wellness residential programs. We have observed from experience that people can really get the most out of their time over a 7 day period. It takes a few days just to let go. However, busy schedules can mean only a few days are available, so we offer 3 or 5 days to suit. You can also extend one of these program times on a daily basis adding on whichever therapies and treatments you desire.

Upgrade to our Deluxe Suite additional cost on the total program package:

• € 50 per day
• € 320 for one week

We only have two deluxe one bedroom suites located in our most private and nearest building to the sea. They have a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, deluxe bathroom and with an extra large balcony they have the prime sea views available at Yoga Thailand. Both suites include a fully furnished living room with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite. They are perfect for a family or couple. The additional rate is a flat rate based on the room and is added on to the total rate package whether a single individual, couple or family.

All our rooms have direct sea view with their own private balcony and bathroom.
